Most of my journal is now friends only, though there are filters for my writing that I do not share with everyone.

I was once [info]thehat (but the person blogging there now is not me. Now I am...something different.

I am creator of the [info]mathematics community as well as a few other communities.

My blogging is far more boring than it once was. I have little time to contribute to the social software-driven community. Exciting, blog-worthy moments of my life tend not to be transcribed because, if they were, I wouldn't have time for some of them. However, the upside is that I'm happier than I was when I had more time to blog. But I haven't yet found my happiest medium, which does include more time to blog. The pendulum swings.
